A: No, decklists are NOT required for these types of events.
Q:Â How do I set up an event for this? Do I need permission?
A:Â In order to run any State/Mini-open event, you MUST contact the Tournament Advocate via Private Message.
Q:Â Are there prizes for this item?
A: Yes, every event will receive tournament foils and rare cards for prizes, along with 1 Travel voucher ($50) to be used for attending a Major event.
