A: YES, decklists are required for these events.
Q: How do I set up an event for this? Do I need permission?
A: In order to run any Regional event, you MUST contact the Tournament Advocate via Private Message.
Q: Are there prizes for this item?
A: Yes, every Regional event will receive tournament foils and rare cards for prizes, along with 2 Travel vouchers to be used for attending Major events ($75 and $50)
